1998 Class BB State Championship Football Team talk with Josh Tarbox and Jimmer Anderla (Part 1)
I am joined by two members of the 1998 Class BB State Championship Football team this week as they were enshrined into the Menominee High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Jimmer Anderla and Josh Tarbox are in the studio as we go into the details regarding that successful season. This two part podcast has some length but it is entertaining! If you want to hear some stories and talk about the road to victory you will enjoy this episode. We talk about the early games as youth players all the way up through the regular season. We reminisce with some audio game footage and break down the first nine games of that 98 season.
We take a look into the Menominee Maroon Schedule and let you know what happened from 10/20 to 10/27. The Cross Country team ran the UPs for the Final Race of the season and the Football team had a tough game hosting Kingsford. We will visit the fall schedule through November 3rd including the football playoff picture. The Menominee 4th and 5th grade girls basketball teams started the hoops club season and we will give you highlights along with scores and stats from the Marinette-Menominee YMCA Youth flag football league on Mini-Maroons!
